My hobbies are swimming and playing volleyball.In addition,my likes are playing volleyball with friends,shopping and talking on phone.As for dislikes, i don't have any.My daily home life is pretty simple.Everyday when i come back from school,i will have a bath first then follow by my lunch.After that,i will start doing my homework and have a short nap is there is still time.My school life are extremely exciting and full with unexpected things waiting for us everyday.In school, there were be lots of friends and there would always be laughters and funs among ourselves.I have never think of what i want to be until this project.It took me a long time to think and search for the job that i want to work as.This is because my hobbies and likes will not get me a high pay job if i base on it and choose a job.After much consideration,i think of being an accountant.

An incident that had occurred before in my life make me want to be an accountant.
There was once where my mum had attended a course that her office had sent her.After her course,she was supposed to have a exam to test them on the things they had been taught.She asked for help and i was surprised that i managed to answer some questions.After that incident,i found that accountant was just the cup of tea for me.

An accountant is someone whose job is to keep or check financial records.There are quite a number of accountants in Singapore.For example,senior accountants,financial accountants,adminstrative and accounting accountants,management accountants,asserts control accountants,regional accountants and cost accountants.As for me, i want to be an assistant corporate accountant.The minimum salary is $1,500 and the maximum salary is $1,800 per month.It requires at least an educational qualification of a polytechnic or diploma,an experience of 2 to 5 years and skills for inter-personal, finance-accounting and microsoft office.In addition,it also needs a mid level career of 2 plus years of experiences.
Here is a brief job description of an assistant accountant:
- Dealing with full set of accounts.
- Managing monthly closing and reconcilation.
- Accountable for processing and timely submission of monthly financial reports,balance schedules and quarterly GST returns.
- Assist in preparation of management reports and annual budget.
- Assist in audit and tax matters and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments directed by superior and administrative work, where applicable.

I found out that accountants are quite common needed in Singapore.This could be probably because they are needed to help deal with those accounts in big companies.
Personally,i felt that accountants are important in every company because it help the company does a lot of things like managing accounts and then send it to their managers so that they could have a better view of how their company had progress these years.If not good they will gather together and have a meeting so that the situation could be improve.Accountants can be counted as common jobs in our current lifes.Therefore,in my opinion,i think that accountants contributed quite a lot to no matter the company or the society.
